Terms and Conditions petpawa – Platform Terms of Use

01 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings as stated:

• "petpawa" refers to the online betting platform operated under a recognised licence, accessible via petpawa.pro and the official mobile app.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at petpawa.
• "Platform" encompasses the website, mobile app, and all services provided by petpawa.
• "Funds" refers to Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or credits available in the user's account balance.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, free spins, or promotional offers granted by Petpawa to users subject to specific terms.
• "Betting" refers to any betting action placed by a user on sports, slots, or other casino games within the platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required before a withdrawal is processed.

02 User Eligibility

To register and use the petpawa platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration. petpawa strictly prohibits use of the platform by minors.
• Not residing in a country or territory where the use of such a platform is prohibited or restricted by local law.
• Capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Not currently subject to an active self-exclusion at petpawa or any affiliated platform.

03 Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold one account only at petpawa. Creating multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

• Information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. petpawa reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify your identity at any time.
• The registered name must match the name of the bank account holder used for deposits and withdrawals.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. petpawa is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
• Any suspicious activity you notice in your account should be reported to the petpawa support team immediately.
• Petpawa will never ask for your account password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Stay alert to phishing attempts.

04 Deposits & Payments

Petpawa accepts deposits via a range of supported payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods.

• All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and credited to your account balance upon transaction verification.
• You may only deposit funds from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Petpawa is not liable for any processing delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
• If you encounter any issue with your deposit, contact the support team within 24 hours with complete proof of transaction.
• Petpawa reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit for verification and fraud prevention purposes.

05 Fund Withdrawals

Users can submit a withdrawal request through the Withdrawal section of their petpawa account. The minimum withdrawal is RM30 and is processed within the stipulated timeframe.

• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification before processing. This includes verification of full name, date of birth, and a valid identification document.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your petpawa account.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes on business days. Withdrawals requiring additional review may take longer.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully satisfied.
• Petpawa reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals while an investigation is underway if signs of suspicious activity are detected.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by petpawa are subject to the specific terms stated in the respective offer. General bonus terms are as follows:

• Each bonus carries a different wagering requirement, typically between 5x and 25x the bonus value. This requirement must be met before any wins derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per user, per household, and per IP address.
• Petpawa reserves the right to revoke bonuses that were issued in error or as a result of a technical issue.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit any bonus will result in the cancellation of that bonus and may lead to account closure.
• Limited-time promotions have expiry dates. Unused bonuses that are not claimed within the specified period will expire automatically.
• Not all games contribute at the same rate towards fulfilling the wagering requirement. Further details are available in the respective bonus terms.

07 Betting & Gaming

All bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the petpawa system are final and cannot be cancelled, except under specific circumstances set out in petpawa's betting policy.

• All slot games at petpawa use a independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness on every spin.
• Sports betting is subject to petpawa's separate betting rules. petpawa reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• In the event of a technical fault during gameplay, petpawa will use server data to determine a fair outcome. petpawa's system records are final.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing a bet. petpawa provides game information accessible within each game.
• Wins resulting from a technical error or system fault will be voided. petpawa will endeavour to resolve any disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

08 Prohibited User Conduct

Petpawa users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following:

• Using automation software, bots, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or the betting process.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Using illegally obtained funds to make a deposit. petpawa complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
• Making unauthorised withdrawal claims, or attempting to mislead the support team with false information.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to evade a ban.
• Threatening, insulting, or behaving abusively toward any member of the petpawa support team.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

Petpawa respects user privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and relevant international standards.

• Your personal information is collected solely for identity verification, payment processing, and improving the user experience.
• Petpawa will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
• All user data is stored on servers protected with high-level encryption. Access to user data is restricted to staff with a legitimate need to know.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data held by petpawa, as well as to request corrections where there are inaccuracies.

10 Liability Limits

Petpawa provides its services on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times.

• Petpawa is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of using the platform, except for losses directly caused by petpawa's own negligence.
• Under no circumstances shall petpawa's maximum liability to any user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
• Petpawa is not liable for any loss or damage arising from events beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or actions by authorities.
• Users acknowledge that wagering involves financial risk and are solely responsible for their own wagering decisions.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

Petpawa reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform.

• Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through the account settings section or by contacting the petpawa support team.
• When an account is voluntarily closed, any valid balance (after deducting bonuses that do not meet the conditions) will be returned to the user within the stipulated timeframe.
• Accounts closed due to a terms violation are not eligible for a refund of any remaining balance, unless petpawa management decides otherwise following an investigation.
• Users who have closed their own account may re-register after a specified period, subject to petpawa's approval.

12 Changes to These Terms

Petpawa reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this platform.

• Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email.
• Continued use of the petpawa platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• It is the user's responsibility to review this page regularly to stay informed of the current applicable terms.
• If you disagree with any changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your balance before the new terms take effect.
